Skip to content Pascal Frangie is the CEO and founder of Ehden Medical. He was born in Ehden, Lebanon, and moved to the United States at 10. Pascal is a distinguished local entrepreneur and real estate investor with deep roots in the community. Growing up in Latham, New York, he graduated from Shaker High School. He later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and management and a minor in business administration from Siena College. Bilingual in Arabic and English, Pascal boasts over 20 years of extensive experience in all facets of medical sales. Specializing in medical aesthetics and wellness, Pascal has excelled as an account manager with Galderma, achieving remarkable success by earning and expanding the largest volume territory across upstate New York and Vermont.
His expertise spans strategic account growth, sales planning and growth, healthcare industry insights, consultation, and strong collaboration. With over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, he has built a remarkable career, including a tenure at Galderma, the largest medical aesthetics company in the world. At Galderma, Pascal was consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally for seven consecutive years. Pascal ventured into entrepreneurship by opening Ehden Medical, which is dedicated to providing the most advanced state-of-the-art technology in the capital region.
His strong ties to the local community and his industry-wide reputation highlight his expertise and commitment to excellence.
Patricia Frangie is a visionary leader and the driving force behind Ehden Medical. Born in San Diego to immigrant parents and raised in Las Vegas, Patricia’s diverse background has shaped her strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s degree in secondary science, and a doctorate in STEM education, showcasing her commitment to both science and education.
Before founding Ehden Medical, Patricia spent 16 years as an educator, teaching high school biology for 9 years in New York and 7 years in Las Vegas. Most recently, she taught in the Schenectady City School District, inspiring countless students along the way. With her deep passion for science and beauty, she previously owned a successful medical spa and later chose to branch out, launching Ehden Medical alongside her husband, Pascal, and close partner, Katie.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with her two young children. Her leadership, expertise, and personal touch continue to make Ehden Medical a trusted destination for advanced aesthetic treatments.

Katie French is a board-certified Physician Associate and is the founder of Ehden Medical. She has worked in cosmetic dermatology since 2016. She is a clinical trainer and expert skincare educator. Katie is a GAIN trainer and faculty for Galderma and the medical speaker’s bureaus for SkinCeuticals Alastin Skincare and is an advisory board member for SkinBetter Science.
Katie is known for her innovative work in cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery, advanced facial and body rejuvenation techniques, and utilizing combination therapies with the latest cutting-edge technology. Katie aims to maintain her patient’s natural beauty with a balanced approach to anti-aging techniques, injectables, and skincare. Her love for skincare, medicine, and art helps Katie create meaningful connections with patients. This connection is why she is so fulfilled working in the aesthetic industry and anti-aging medicine. Katie loves treating her patients’ skin in the clinic and has a passion for training and educating new and advanced aesthetic providers.
Katie is an Albany native but grew up in the suburbs of Chicago before graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University in New Jersey with top honors, where she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in an accelerated 5-year program. Before finding her way back upstate, she worked in Greenwich, CT, at a boutique, award-winning cosmetic dermatology office for five years. Katie’s specialty treatments at Ehden Medical are full-facial rejuvenation, profile balancing, lip filler, tear troughs, Sculptra, and non-surgical body contouring. Customized skincare regimens and subtle, natural cosmetic enhancements are Katie’s goal for her patients to live confidently and “glow” from within!

Maria Zinter is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and provider here at Ehden Medical. She was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY. Maria has been a Registered Nurse since 2019, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut. She then went on to complete her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2024, and graduated at the top of her class. Maria has completed intensive didactic and hands-on training with Katie French, PA and co-founder of Ehden Medical. Maria is known for her warm personality, soft touch, and attention to detail. She loves to create beautiful, natural results while cultivating warm, lasting connections with her patients!
Sara Swan, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in bariatric surgery and medical weight loss. Her background includes extensive perioperative care and first assist experience in the operating room, where precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of anatomy are essential.
Sara’s transition into aesthetics is rooted in her passion for helping patients feel confident both inside and out. She combines a medically driven approach with an artistic eye, emphasizing natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique features. Her expertise in weight loss and wellness allows her to take a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on confidence, self-image, and overall well-being.
Mackenzie is a New York State licensed Medical Esthetician with 9 years of experience in the health, wellness, and beauty industries. As the skincare specialist here at Ehden Medical, she is passionate about helping clients feel radiant, empowered, and confident in their skin.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Albany and has built a diverse career in healthcare. combining experience in medical sales, administrative and clinical management, and medical esthetics. Jennifer has spent the last 15 years in health care managing multiple medical and esthetic practices, where focus has been on optimizing operations, leading teams, and delivering outstanding patient and client experiences.
With a strong foundation in both the clinical and business sides of healthcare, she is passionate about creating efficient, patient-centered environments that support both growth and quality care.
